Mary Cullis-Bentley is Great! She contacted me a couple of months ago to check in on me and see if she could save me some money. I had worked with another agent at Pinnacle for the previous 6 years. I wasn't excited to work with another agent after so long but Debbie had left the agency. I had a choice to follow Debbie or remain loyal to Pinnacle. In the beginning I was torn. After working with Mary the past couple of months I am glad I stayed. I had an issue with Safelight autoglass today on a windshield replacement (A company I will never use again!!!!) Mary made other arrangements and was very professional. Mary is kind and really cares about her customers even when her customers are jerks :) Mary saved me money and she takes care of me. A feat that is hard to come by these days.

Mary was absolutely amazing explaining everything to me. I had questions, and she answered them. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. AND to top it all off....she saved me money!

Fantastic people! I met the owner and he is the nicest person ever. He remembered my name and made me feel important. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is excellent. i've been with them for a couple years for auto and recently added mortgage insurance, and have nothing but exceptional service. I haven't been in an accident so i can't review them on that but everything else has been fantastic.

Shelly is the absolute best agent I have ever worked with! I used to be an auto insurance supervisor for another insurance company and I could only wish that my team was as dedicated and compassionate as Shelly is. She went out of her way to assist me with getting a new policy through Bear River, and even though there were unforeseen difficulties in making the change she was there for every step and gave me tips to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible. I have been with Jackson Insurance for 3 years now. Every contact has been pleasant and professional. The service they have provided has been immediate. Usually my questions involve paperwork that I have misplaced. Their response is always immediate and the appropriate materials arrive either by e mail on normal mail. A few years ago, we moved our home insurance to Bear River and it was a great experience. The service quality was very high. We couldn't quite move our autos over, though, due to a few existing claims but they knew we'd be interested in moving over in the future. Today, I got a call from Matt and he made us an amazing offer. Apparently, he made notes about our situation before, kept checking our status, and called me as soon as he was able to make an offer. That was over 2 years ago. Now we have our home and auto there and the savings feel great. I'd also recommend them for their service. I feel like they care and that's hard to find! Jackson insurance is fantastic, called them about a year ago to get some help because was not happy with my current insurance agent. Made the switch after speaking to Mike. He has been the most helpful person through the last year. I am not knowledgable about insurance at all. He broke everything down and explained why I need the coverage I need. Ended up saving me about $150 a month between auto and home insurance. Today called him for a quick question and he again explained everything really well, even asked about personal health insurance since I am now self employed and he gave me a great referral. I would not go anywhere else, I even called my parents and had them make the switch because I was so happy with the service and they switched home and auto as well. Super convienent and helpful.

I have used A Affordable Insurance for 12 years. Eva and Yesi always get me the lowest price with legitimate insurance companies. It is completed entirely over the phone and email, so easy! Also I have had 2 different auto accidents and I was completely taken care of. The only thing I had to do was tow my car to the auto shop(tow was covered) and wait a couple days to hear if it was repairable or a total. If a total just wait for the check in the mail. If a repair the shop would take care of it and I would be back in my car within a week. With a rental in the meantime(also covered). Give them a call, you won't regret it.
